Collaborating with a warm, compassionate therapist can provide you with the tools and skills necessary to move forward from life’s difficulties in a meaningful and constructive way.

My Approach

As a therapist I take an integrative approach to provide the best care possible and to help individuals best heal in mind, body, and spirit. I am dedicated to helping, Families, Adults, Teens, and Children get the support they need to gain effective skills needed to overcome the most challenging situations. I utilize evidence based therapies including Cognitive Behavioral Therapy and Positive Parenting to provide new skills as well as Mindfulness Based Strategies, Family Systems Theory and insight oriented Psycho-dynamic Theory to address underlying concerns. I offer a warm, empathetic, and safe environment where I collaborate with individuals and families to conquer anxiety and to achieve growth.
